1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Bank transfer payments may require manual confirmation — please send proof of payment promptly to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Options

Same Day Lagos Delivery

  • Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following day.

  • Same Day Delivery applies only within eligible Lagos locations.

Nationwide Delivery (Nigeria)

  • Orders outside Lagos are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days after pickup by our courier partners, depending on your location.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) via email or SMS.

  • You may also track the progress of your order through the courier’s platform.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct at checkout. Crystal Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address.

  • If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful, you may need to coordinate with the courier for re-delivery or pickup.

  • Crystal Store is not liable for unsuccessful deliveries caused by the logistics company being unable to reach you.

  • If such packages are returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the cost of a new delivery for reshipment.

  • Alternatively, if you choose a refund, it will be processed less the delivery fee already incurred.

6. International Shipping

While our shipping options currently cover deliveries within Nigeria, we are working on updating and expanding our international delivery methods.
