How to Use

Before you begin, open doors and windows to allow stagnant energy to leave. Light the tip of your sage bundle, herb, or Palo Santo stick until it catches flame, then gently blow it out so it smolders and produces smoke. Hold it over a fireproof dish to catch any ash.

Move slowly through your space, guiding the smoke into corners, doorways, and around yourself or sacred objects. As you do, set a clear intention or speak an affirmation, such as:

“I release all that no longer serves me and welcome in peace, love, and protection.”

When finished, press the lit end into sand, salt, or a heat-safe dish until completely extinguished.
