1. Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once this window closes and your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are spiritual and energy-based, we do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered. Items such as crystals, salts, herbs, and other spiritual tools are sensitive in nature and cannot be resold once handled or opened. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • A change of mind.

  • The item not meeting personal taste, expectations, or spiritual needs.

We only accept returns if:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The product arrived badly damaged or defective.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@crystalstoreng.com.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit/refund (depending on the situation).

⚠️ Please note: Slight variations in color, size, or texture are natural characteristics of crystals and gemstones, and are not considered defects.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 1–3 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For bank transfer orders, refunds will be issued via transfer to the customer’s provided account details.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and energetic reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used crystals, jewelry, or tools.

  • Herbs, incense, or smudge sticks.

  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
